| | VANCOUVER, December 24th, 2009 -- Diamonds North Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: DDN) announces the grant of 6,260,000 incentive stock options, under the Company's stock option plan, to certain directors, officers, consultants and employees of the Company, exercisable at a price of $0.30 per share for a period of five years from the date of grant..
In addition, an aggregate of 5,686,500 incentive stock options issued to certain directors, officers, consultants and employees of the Company have been surrendered to the Company for cancellation effective December 29th, 2009.
